For new development, You may try to have look on Tiara Mutiara 2, price around 560k ++ with build up from 800 sqf to 933 sqft.

500k我也想过拿landed比较好,可是我熟悉的地方是pj,landed然后环境ok的都好贵,打算放弃pj
另外一个地方就是setapak,可是setapak landed 都不便宜,我比较喜欢wangsamaju,毕竟靠近lrt 方便去做工,有看过metroview condo 现在卖500k 可是觉得有点贵毕竟差不多10年的building而且是condo ... |

560k 有点overbudget, 不过我也会去看看,谢谢你的建议 |

500k, 800 sq. ft.,建议楼主找便宜的subsale,现在new project的价钱psf已经超过你的预算了。
如果是subsale,那就必须先确定你喜欢的地点和环境,就不会漫无目的地寻找。
二手的话,目前OUG ParklaneRM450k应该还买得到950sq. ft.的单位,但是喜不喜欢就看个人。 本帖最后由 strikeaegis 于 9-6-2014 04:34 PM 编辑

Own stay as priority, but depends the situation that time also lar
my loan take around 9 days to approve, should be no problem to get additional 2% discount as long as we sign snp within 45days right?

其实有考虑买2手然后租给人(租金cover installment)

我个人觉得算是便宜了。4年后起好。block B 开始卖了
