请问你们对一下课程有何看法？

Global Pacific Academy （GPA）现在在Petaling Jaya区提供马来西亚工艺大学校外课程 （UTM SPACE program) - 专业商业行政管理文凭 (Professional Diploma in Business Administration). GPA 自2000年已是 UTM SPACE program的合作伙伴 (Smart Partner)之一。
我们办的课程与其他学院有所不同，其特点如下：
- 由UTM颁发的专业文凭
- 可以用中文，英文和马来文教学, 语言能力不好不再是藉口
- 合理学费，允许公积金缴付 （须符合条件）
- 按照自己的步伐来完成课程，一个月上课一天半（周末）

通常人会问，professional diploma跟diploma有什么分别？

申请条件是什么？
full time多久，part time多久？
值不值得？

基本上這些UTM-SPACE/UUM-EDC/UMCCed/UTHM-CEC/IPD-OUM/AeU的Executive Education都不適合剛剛中學畢業的學生去報讀。
這種課程只有part-time吧了，Prof.Dipl.至少要有張SPM證書和至少有5年工作經驗的成人報讀。
這種Executive/Professional Diploma只適合銜接Executive Degree或者開放大學的學位課程。
正規大學是不大會接受這種文憑來深造學位課程，因為未被MQA承認，但職場是承認的。

Professional Diploma Programme is an alternative to Executive Diploma Programme offered by UTMSPACE to cater to market demands. The target group of this programme is applicants or candidates who fail to meet the entry requirement for Executive Diploma Programme. Therefore, MQA accreditation cannot be awarded since the standard and the criteria of MQA are not being fulfilled.

At the moment, this programme cannot be used for furthering studies at Institutions of  higher Learning or job application at government agencies. The main purpose of this programme is to provide opportunity and alternative for those who wish to continue their studies for career advancement in industries or private sectors only. For your information, many industries do not consider MQA accreditation as an important criterion.

If you are interested in diploma programmes accredited by MQA, we suggest that you join the mainstream diploma programme offered by UTMSPACE, either on full-time or part-time basis. All the programmes are fully accredited by MQA.

However, UTMSPACE is aware that MQA accreditation is important to ensure the quality of the programmes is at the highest level. Therefore, since 2010 UTMSPACE has taken the steps  to acquire MQA accreditation for all programmes offered by UTMSPACE.  With the accreditation, the Executive Diplomas received can be used for furthering studies or job application at government sectors.

请问一下这种proffesinal diploma 在新加坡MOM（劳工部）受承认吗？

因为新加坡的leve fee 都是看文凭的。。。比如说PMR的 人头税很高。。。SPM 的比较低。。。然后diploma的又更加低了。。
