以下这些号码是从开始到现在都没开过的：

大马彩：0155, 0606, 2694, 5163, 5282，5393, 5600, 5680，6771, 7168, 8269, 8937

Toto: 5488， 9659

万能：（没有，所有号码都开过，因为万能的历史最久）

大马彩和toto从90年代到现在都20多年了，还是有些号码是从来没出现过的。
