AirAsia refund的理由

我用我的名字，和我的户口，买了四张飞机票。

因为临时有事，我没有和其他朋友一起去。
现在想要申请refund，但是申请几次了，他们refund的理由，我还是不明白。
我已经再三确定我的资料没有问题。 因为都只是用我自己的名字。

希望大家可以帮帮我。

Air Asia可以refund 的吗？

从你上面那段句子，好象是说你booking的名字和你的个人名字不符合。

我在live chat问过了，他说我的可以refund.
我也不明白怎样不符合？
没有很详细的说清楚。

我已经key in 我的全名了。。

跟和你live chat的staff拿他的email，然后fwd你被reject的email给他叫他帮你follow up
