DIRECTIONS:-
1. Blend the Bananas and put it into a pan to mix with Whipping Cream and Fresh Milk. Heat up the pan with the lowest temperature.
2. Put the Caster Sugar into the pan to mix with the blended Bananas, Whipping Cream and Fresh Milk.
3. Put the Egg-yolks into the pan slowly. Make sure the pan is around 35-40'c degree to avoid the Egg-yolks becoming cooked.
4. Pour all above into the Ice-Cream Maker and set the running time to 60 minutes.
5. Your Nordy HomeMadeBanana Ice-Cream will be ready for you after 60 minutes or you can put it into the fridge to chill for additional 60 minutes.
