哪张信用卡网上购物（外国）比较好？

小弟都使用 maybank dual card 的。
最近跑去台湾旅游刷卡，或者在外国网站购物都使用 amex，原本都算好兑换率大概这么多钱，但账单来后数额反而偏高得多。
就好像原本算到是 ～rm320，账单来后去到 ～rm330。（使用 xe 网站或者 cari exchange 计算出入都蛮大的）
不懂是自己的计算有问题，还是当天的兑换率起伏太过高低。

现在问问各位，如果使用信用卡在外国网站或者出国旅行购物的话，都推荐使用什么的信用卡？还是一味的继续使用 amex 是比较划算的？

我想问问你说的 0.5% 和 3% 是什么东西来的？意思是说另外 charge 的吗？
做么会有这些费用的？是不是所有卡在外国使用都会有这样的费用的？

maybank2 visa 汇率应该是所有卡当中相当实惠的。
amex 汇率高，除非在周末有折扣不然不划算。
如果去日本aeon  卡兑换日元汇率好。

我终于明白 @LouisCha 说的是什么意思，原来有 foreign transaction 就一定有费用，刚才很随便的使用 3% 算真的和账单的那个数目很接近。

1. 就是说用 amex 来刷外国的 rm100 的物品都会无形中多出 rm3 费用。但分数就得到 500pt，又等于赚 rm2。如果遇到星期六日还可以有 rebate rm5。平日就没有。

2. 假如用 maybank master 来刷外国的 rm100 物品，费用就是 rm0.50。分数就只有 rm100pt，等于赚 rm0.40。

到底会是哪个比较来得划算呢？

刚刚看到 maybank dual card 的 term and condition，是不是 amex 都会另外 charge 多 2.5%？然后所有的 visa、master 或者 amex 都会再征收 1% 的费用？
