我是很想帮你回答，但是你问的问题好像有点.....不知怎么说，弄得我也不会回答。

1. we work for ourself, not work for insurance company, we r not staff.
2. there is useless to telling all my client how successful is my company, the most importance is agent service and the plan that suit client.

这有关于你们的team。你们应该有上线和下线的。（想知道你是指哪一道问题，再给更详细的解答）

这可指当你要招收新下线，给他们知道进入这间公司可以有好发展。其实，公司本身的业务管理也会影响购买者的选择。（个人认为）

其实我也有一间一间去做，但基于时间不对，代理很忙等等的因素，所以回答率也很低。
