加拿大56層大廈外觀似夢露獲評最佳

　　加拿大米西索加的大廈“絕對世界塔”(Absolute WorldTowers)外觀酷似好萊塢女星瑪麗蓮·夢露的沙漏型身材，其從參賽的來自世界各地的300多棟大廈中脫穎而出，被評為年度摩天大樓。
　　這座位于加拿大多倫多附近的摩天大廈高入云霄175米，由6名建筑設計師設計建造。僅從外觀上看，它們擁有夢露般苗條的身材，外形十分地獨特，因而被人們親切地稱為“建筑界中的瑪麗蓮·夢露”。兩棟并排的塔樓皆有56層高，從低部到頂部角度之差有209度。一位參與評審的專家說道：“這兩棟建筑每相鄰的一層都有8度之差，這不僅僅是一次建筑技術上的突破，還是一次對一成不變的高樓建筑模式的創新。”
　　在今年的年度摩天大廈評選中，被評為第二位的是阿拉伯聯合酋長國首都阿布扎比的安巴爾塔(Al BahrTowers)。該塔高約45米，在半透明的建筑立面上還可以進行太陽能發電。而高約238米，造價約8000萬英鎊(約合人民幣7.79億元)的坐落于巴基斯坦的布爾季·卡塔爾大廈(BurjQatar)在此次評選中位列第三。除此之外，在此次年度帝國大廈名單上高度位列第一的是位于中國廣州的珠江大廈，這棟有71層的建筑實際高度約有310米。

Tall storey: With 71 floors over 310 metres, Pearl River Tower inChina, was the highest on the list



A credit to the architect: UniCredit Tower in Milan was named ineighth spot by the panel of judges
