Due to the impact of Typhoon Utor and the associated severe weather conditions, we would like to advise our guests that several flights to southern China have been cancelled. The flights impacted on 14th August 2013 are:

Guests that are affected by the cancellations of these flights will be offered options to move to the next available flight. Each affected guest will be notified via their registered member email account on the AirAsia website, as well as an SMS notification of the cancellations.

We strongly urges all guests to keep their email addresses and mobile numbers with their country code prefix updated in their AirAsia member profiles to ensure that we can make contact to provide notification and assistance.
