CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER, SITE SUPEVISOR, SAFETY OFFICER & PROJECT ENGINEER

Project Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Involve in project coordinating
• Manage site activities, consultants and workers to ensure compliance to regulatory and client's requirements
• To prepare project monthly progress reports and work done certifications
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
• To ensure that project paper works are properly kept and up to date

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AutoCad.
• Experience in piling industry and immediate availability an added advantage.


Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Supervise construction works in accordance to drawing specifications and schedule
• To assist site manager on project activities

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma in Engineering (Civil).
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Immediate availability is an added advantage.


Site Manager

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall performance of the project.
• Prepare and maintain project budget, identify and process contract changes/claims quickly.
• Experience with on-site coordination, handling of clients, authorities, consultants, contractors, suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet targets.
• Prepare work programme, daily site report and related reports.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a recognized Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in construction industry.
• Strong sense of leadership, able to motivate and work with team members to deliver project deliverables.
• Possess high level of initiative and integrity.
• Possess own transport.
• Immediate availability is an added advantage.
