有谁买了simpang ampat 珍珠城的pearl residence双层排屋或半独立/独立 吗？上网看了好象没什么有关于这个project 的资料。。可是看到大概卖了40%以上

刚过的 fair在auto city的不懂销量怎样。。。有谁去看了这个project的？

不懂真的还是假的。。phase1 差不多卖完了。。phase2 也有人买了。。。。

phase 2是右边那前后的单位吗？是的话早几个星期都开放几排来买了。。不过是很奇怪sales卖得很慢。。然后报纸都一直等straits garden而已。一直push那个project.. pearl residence 的断断续续登了几次而已><

这个是我在sales office 拍下来的。。phase 2 卖了几间了。。。一直push strait garden听说是因为那边的sales不是将好。。。

最新update .双层排屋365++间已经卖出了160++间，大概有50%l了。而且最好卖的近guard house 那四排还未开放，相信开放了+show house好了sales就会直飚了

我二月头订了一间，不过拖了蛮久的了，现在在等着拿PBB的loan form， 已经有两间银行approve了，CIMB跟PBB，不过有跟sales girl说过我会迟一些的，不过她到现在也没催我快一点搞定，呵呵
听说现在价钱起到410k了？
