想问下BLR？

如果一个人没坏帐，有100K FD，银行会给多少BLR？ （第一次买屋〕

BLR 不是银行控制的。 他们只能给你减 BLR - 2.x 的配套, 多数是-2.4 。
现在大多数银行都给一样的rate的， 你需要注意的是bank value。
现在大多数的产业bank value都低于市价。
你买300k, 银行给的bank value 是200k 的话，你只能借200k 的90%, 其他的你要自己补回。

什么情况银行会给我减 BLR - 2.x 的配套？
如果是-2.4 ，就6.6-2.4=4.2。4.2是一年的还是每个月?

oic, if the recesion is coming, will the bank get the rate higher? so i have to pay more to clear my debt...

when blr is change , of coz installment aso will change . if not ur HL will none stop and  over the tenure you apply .

lz是对的，BLR是bank control的,而且不是每间一样
大多数bank的BLR一样，但是肯定的不是没间bank一样的
