家里的ASTRO解码器坏了 =（

刚听我妈说家里的ASTRO解码器坏了，然后ASTRO客服坚持要她换ASTRO BEYOND的机，然后每个月多付20。
请问各位大大有没有方法让ASTRO换一个新的解码器，但不是beyond的吗？
因为家里多数只有我爸妈收看而已，所以就算beyond有多几个台也没有用处。 |

到购物中心的门口 , 看看是否有ASTRO 的促销COUNTER .......... 马上以另一个名字申请一个配套 , 它将免费一架新的DECODER , 连安装费都免付 ....... 同时 , 打电话到 ASTRO 取消旧的 ACCOUNT ....... 不过 , 它一定给你BEYOND ... |

上个月我家里的Astro因电源升高坏了,後来妹妹換了一个有问题的Astro Max.我说有问题是因为此机时常会Hang机(没办法,因为它是妹妹的朋友给的).
前几天,收到Astro的信,说可以免费换机.我还问题去更换,不知道是真是假? |

基本上过了两年就可以cancel
开新acc有两个月免费
聪明人都是过期就cancel |

2014 jan一月和 astro 客户的电邮，还是可以让现有的顾客选择100%免费替换新的解码器+卫星碟等等零件。
Greetings from Astro!
We wish to inform that at the moment we are arranging free swapping for decoder. The promotion is customer can swap their current old decoder for Astro Beyond decoder for free. They can choose either request Astro Beyond decoder with HD or without HD, if customer choose Astro Beyond decoder with HD monthly they will need to pay RM20.00 for the HD fee commitment 1 year. Your monthly subscription will be remaining same if you request to upgrade without HD services.
Please be informed that you will received Byond decoder, Outdoor Unit (satellite dish), Smartcard and Remote Control (1 unit ) upon upgrading to Byond decoder.
Please revert back to us below details if you are interested to upgrade to Byond :
1) Installation address
2) Contact number (preferred 2)
3) Packages (with HD / without HD)

我的也刚刚换了， 是Astro自己打电话来要给我换的。
