Buais is a commune in the Manche department in Normandy in north-western France.
Buais is a small village South East of Saint-Hilaire-du Harcouet. It has a Mayors office, bakers, bar/post office, corner shop, hairdresser, taxi office and vets. The village/commune has a population of about 780 and is in an agricultural area. There is a ex-pat resident population of about 65.
