Airasia尽然把时间退后一天而没告诉我

害到我被逼在kk逗留一天。
谁有遇过这情况？我能够要求他们赔钱或赔我酒店钱吗？ |

是什麼時候的航班？去閱讀AirAsia的Policy,是不可能赔的.
我的航班也是改(3月頭的). 只有跟酒店改時間....... |

如果时间是被更改超过45 minutes,你可以要求他们改时间。改时间吧，改去那些不用请那么多天假期的时期最值得。
我想给他们换时间，但是也从没试过，你很幸运。 |

我的班机也是被改了！ 本来是5/4/2012 早上 11.45am的班机，
现在AA竟然没有通知就把我改去了晚上 8.30pm的班机。
这样的话我可以要求AA帮我们更改吗？需要另外补钱吗？ |

如果是AA改航班因该是可以要求他们更改
我之前PG〉KL〉Taipei
他们把我去taipei航班提早了，造成我来不及从PG〉KL
去servicecenter跟他们说，然后他们帮我PG〉KL更改早一天到，没有额外收费
但是就要呆在TuneHotel一晚，这个就AA没包>.< |

我的班机也是被改了- KL到Bali ！  本来是27/3/2012 早上 11.55am的班机，
AA竟然没有通知就把我改去了晚上 8.25pm的班机。
幸好发现的早, 去counter换时间，如果还没check in是free of charge，否则的话要给service charge，还有讲明只给一次机会换时间。 |

早一点到LCCT， 可以搭SKYBUS RM７。２０去KL SENTRAL，再搭KTM去MID VALLEY MEGA MALL走走。 |

我的case是，前一晚從kl飛到kk. 明早6點就飛台北。
到了kk是晚上12點多了，所以在機場睡。
怎樣知道check in時，時間被改去明天沒被通知。
也沒跟我詳細說下一步要怎麼做，只是說7點看看安排到交通載我出去。
我想要我等那麼久，乾脆不等了，自己搭taxi出去。
隔天check in後，問他們能不能claim回酒店錢，他們跟我說不能。
因為昨天已經叫你等了。住宿有安排給別人。 |

小弟相信，凡是时常乘搭AirAsia的网友都时常遇上“航班更改”的问题...
在这里，小弟想给大家一个温馨提示，在还没出发前，就应该时常关注AirAsia的网站...
尤其是出发前的四个星期，如果一发现航班更改，不要怀疑，直接拨打热线 +603 2614 2999，然后输入航班号码+出发日期
那么一切都能解决...
备注：如果问题是出在亚航，所有更改一切都是免费的... |

Correct, you need to key in the password.
The Password is Flight Number + Departure Date, all ppl is same.
Example: Flight Number AK5203, Depart on 29/02/2012 then your password will be come 5203290212
PS: I reply in office hours, so i cant to type in Chinese... |
