100% housing loan possible

If my salary is about sgd2.5k and my gf is about 1.8k, i want to buy a house about RM380k, is it possible to make a 100% full loan? |

不能吧....可以做的应该只有把屋价markup到110%,然后多出来的10%貸款就当给头期10%咯.. |

其实你们新国做....存个10%头期应该也不会太难吧?不然就找新屋子看developer有没有free头期.....有些有的,可能只需要定金几千吧了,免头期,免律师费... |

work in sg, but no cash now~~when save enough deposit, maybe after 1-2yrs,that time, the price going up again ,not enough deposit again~~==!!! |

markup是双面刃...因为虽然你可能可以借多點钱自己不用出头期,可是那终究是你借的,要还本金+利息的....而且价钱高点,律师费印花税什么的都会高点.....而且还要和卖主商量好做好supplementary合约以免卖主反咬你一口直接收你markup的钱....... |

建议楼主可以去询问ocbc bank 的配套。。。。
他们有额外提供 10% 贷款,不过利息比较高。。。。 |
