1）在不看
video 下方解释的情况下，首先自己来听听

你听得懂每一个字吗？请把你听不清楚的字用笔记下来。
2）现在来听第二遍。看着
video 下方的解释，把刚才你听不懂的字，记在脑海里，但是
千万别用笔把刚才你听不懂的字写下来！
记在脑海里就好了。
3）现在来听第三遍。把刚才你听不懂的字写下来！
4）重复地听与练习。最后，只靠自己的耳朵聆听（不看
video 下方解释的情况下），把整篇对话写下来。
