带脚车上飞机怎么算重量？

请以上的意思是不是带脚车的话是不算在行里的重里还是需要另还运动器才的费用？因为我想带脚车上机。谢谢。

其它的可以(除了以上提到的) 就可以算在普通baggage 裡面
(例如球拍吧?)
