由于你没将题目的 equation (y = ??) 给我，我就自己给你例子啦.
假设: y = x^2 - 2x + 1，你的做法如下:

y = x^2 - 2x + 1  --- (1)
0 = x^2 - 5x + 2 --- (2)

(1) - (2), y = 3x -1

你就在 graph 纸上画上这条 y = 3x - 1 的直线，然后找出这条直线跟你 part (b) quadratic graph 的交叉点.
答案: from graph, the value(s) of x is(are) ____________ .
