这里谁熟悉 ＤＯＥ ？？小弟最近为了这个License而烦恼，Malaysia做生意真的很头疼下。。即使是正当生意也要被为难。。。 |

License? Is it the activity you carried out on the site under EIA prescribed activities and need to do EIA? or else?
There are many environmental consultants in Msia and may be you can seek for consultation. |

我见过一家”Consultant“ 公司，Consultant的“专业"实在令我咋舌， 收费RM50K- RM80K，问他什么东西，都说不清楚，要我们提供，然后问他能为我们做什么，他说等我们给他所有资料先。。问起他DOE的某COde，他说不清楚。。还一直上网看资料，这个我也会。。酱紫的所谓Consultant？ 免了吧。。 |

According to your cost and description, i guess your company is going to do preliminary EIA, isnt? Anyway, what activity your company carried out?
Finding consultant is crucial in this field, avoiding in deep shit, i.e. EIA failure, VO, time delay etc.
Where is your location? I can pm you the contacts of several DOE registered consultants (Reliable one). May be you can get quotation from them.

my current location at tmn mewah ria, but this location is not suitable to get those licenses where i needed, now planning to buy a factory at desa cemerlang, i am going to register doe 110,409 n 422..pls do pm me da reliable consultant which full of experience one..thanks alot! |

无论妳的consultant是谁都好,有几点妳必须注意:
在还没有买厂前, 一定要了解州DOE的Policy. 有些activity就算妳的地区可以做但是他们也不会发license给你. 因为他们已经发出足够的license给market. 譬如在Johor, oil recovery 和acid battery recovery. 每个州都有自己的policy和这些都不会在doe regulation与website找到.所以在没买厂前一定要确定你的consultant去问淸楚免得做了又不能approve厂又买了钱又出完. 一个call花不了多少时间.
scoping很重要.州DOE ok,award contract给consultant了, 在没开工前确定妳的consultant同DOE discuss scopesc (even prelim EIA).免得做了又不能approve.
是不是scheduled waste, SW110, SW409和 SW422?
在Johor,如果妳说没有consultant,州DOE里面的傢伙会introduce一个UTM马乃的给妳,贵是一定的,而己人格脾气我都不想多说. |

从旧帖中发现原来你之前也申请scheduled waste的 license。小弟正为这个烦。请问你申请到了吗?有consultant介绍吗?价钱大约多少? 小弟公司最近有个项目要做scheduled waste recovery。谢谢。 |

你是DOE什么CODE的？我的暂时不申请，因为他们很像都不熟。。我指的是DOE Officier和Consultant。。。很多CODE是之前定下来的。。。他们自己都不晓得要来干嘛。。。所以暂时搁置。。。马来西亚真的是。。。无言 |
