[求助]房屋Overdraft合约条款

我父亲三年前突然过世，来不及做遗属。他生前用一间单层半独立房子向银行做Overdraft RM 110,000。由于无力偿还，我们自今每个月还利息给银行。前几天我无意中看到爸爸向银行借OD时所签的合约，其中一节有讲关于借贷者过世的事项，如下:-

14. EVENT OF DEFAULT

1. In addition to and not in derogation of and without prejudice to the Lender’s right under Clause 6 to demand immediate repayment of the Indebtedness at any time and irrespective of whether or not an Event of Default has occurred, if at any time and for any reason, whether within or beyond the control of any party to this Agreement, any of the following events occurs, such an occurrence shall constitute an Event of Default under this Agreements, whereupon the Lender may, at its sole and absolute discretion, cancel the Credit Facility and or declare and demand the Indebtedness to be immediately due and payable:-

(s)
if the Borrower or any Security Party who is a natural person or individual dies or becomes insane or is adjudged a bankrupt; or

Whereupon, the Lender may, but without any obligation whether at law or in equity so to do, by written notice to the Borrower declare that the Lender’s commitment to make available the Credit Facility shall be cancelled, whereupon the dame shall be cancelled and accrued commitment fee shall became immediately due and payable and/or declare the Indebtedness to be forthwith due and payable whereupon the same shall immediately become due and payable.
