小学六年级打针PCG导致手臂肿的很夸张大，可以诉有关单位吗？
因为如此，令到她购买衣服头痛因为不能够买吊带的衣服。。。。。。
而且她每次怕别人看到，导致心灵受伤。。。。

对不起，regardless of whether there is any claim. There is one issue, according to section 6(1) (a) of the Limitation Act 1953; the action founded on tort shall not be brought after the expiration of six year from the date on which the case of action accrued.

Even if there is no statutory time limitation, the plaintiff still needs to prove the element of negligence.

In nutshell there will be no legal remedy available for her.

楼主的朋友打针是只有十二岁喔, 如果limitation act 的六年是在她十八岁的时候才开始算咧? 她不是沒有机会吧.

That is irrelevant, because the course of acion start from the date of tort committed (Hypothetically there is a negligence claim).

"...six year from the date on which the case of action accrued"
