1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted [ "Ex -
Adjustment" ]
       as  from : [ 17 September 2009 ]
2)  The last date of lodgement : [ 23 September 2009 ]
Remarks :-  The adjusted Exercise Price and the Warrant Component/Exercise
Ratio for the GENS-C1 will take effect at 9.00 am on 18 September 2009, being
the ex-date for the Rights Issue.
     Please note that there will not be any new issuance of GENS-C1 on the
Entitlement Date pursuant to the Rights Issue
