Since the mass for both cases are fixed, it is not longer mass problem!
In fact, it is a question of types of loading applied.
Load can be applied either by "sudden loading" or "gradually loading",
which depends on contact time.
In this case, an completely elastic object will show a much higher value as compared to an non-elastic object.

=>不,因为这不是静态问题!
The reading may floating for sometime before reaching 1KG.
