lagging strand到底是 form in direction of 3‘ to 5' 还是5’ to 3'?

5' to 3' because REPLIcATION caNNOT OCCuR in 3' TO 5' direction. This leads to the formation of okazaki fragment since the ACtUal direction is 3' to 5' , but it has to twist into 5' to 3' in order to add nucleotides! |

网站的资料，是人edit的
不一定对
如果你是找书（campbell,solomon...)
其实本本书都会有相似的答案。。
