The Group's principal activities are manufacturing and selling film capacitors as well as distributing active and passive electronic components. It manufactures its own brand of film capacitors from its 2 factories located in China. The Group's products include metallized and non-metallized polyester film capacitors, metallized and non-metallized polypropylene film capacitors, metallized polypropylene film for AC circuits, chip inductors and chip beads. The Group also distributes components for brands such as AVX, Sharp, Micro Crystal, Tyco, JST and Semikron. These active and passive components include other various capacitors, opto-electronic devices, flat panel displays, base-brand crystals, connectors and diodes. The Group sells its products in China, Hong Kong and in other Asian countries

近日，市商务委下达批复同意又一家外商独资研发中心项目优镨绿色能源（上海）有限公司落户嘉定工业区。该项目总投资2800万美元，注册资本2000万美元。主要从事生物能源领域内的新产品、工艺、技术的研发，转让研发成果，提供以上相关的技术服务和技术咨询。该项目作为研发中心项目，已列入了嘉定区09年第一批绿色通道项目，必须尽快完成土地储备。自项目上报之日起，我科就在第一时间完成了项目初审并转报市商务委。为了企业能在有限的时间里，完成注册工作参加土地储备，我科积极与市商务委联系沟通。最后在21个工作日内市商务委完成了项目的审批，为企业争取了时间。

优镨绿色能源的投资方新加坡EUROPTRONIC GREEN ENERGY PTE. LTD.在中国投资了多家企业。该研发中心落户后，投资方也积极准备将其在中国的投资企业进行资源整合，将研发中心升格为地区总部。

中国膏桐产业化还有一段路要走，绿色生物能源还有很多未知数。
股价便宜并不是购入的绝对理由。
除非电子业这两年强劲复苏，那么还有可能咸鱼翻身。
不然长时间里，估计价格会在1到3分间徘徊。

VOLUMN 高好像不一定是有好消息，也个能是涨了0.005，大家要卖吧
但通常也卖不出去，因为通常买家要买0.03，但卖家要卖0.035

当然也有个能是有好消息。。

但我刚刚看过了这公司的annual report （只看了half 2009），亏好多钱，income减少，但expenses提高了
这公司有现金流量不足的迹象（现有负债多过现有资金），而且short and long term debt的数目好高，楼主还是看紧点。。

楼主因该先看这公司的财务报表，才决定要不要买，因为如果公司财务出现问题，有前景也可能撑不了的（touchwood)

个人意见，我也在学习
还是看卧龙版主或tonytan大大的意见吧
