pin = bottom 12 longer fit x 2nos,20 longer fit x 1 no(2+1 nos)
stand with paiket = 4 nos paiket + 2 nos stand(4+3 nos)
roof top = normal roof 4'x6' 1 set
floor = normal concrete 12'f x 20'f with BRC MILD STEEL 1 set
wall use red ac assembly and finished plaster 1 set

total: RM 13754,00

再加：alluiminium window 4'x4'(2 nos)= rm 840,steel door 3'x7' = RM 550,slab table 12'f longer fit RM 480,厨房装街转RM 750人工，街转自己买。

all total RM 16374 会贵吗？还没包拉电，水喉和MPSJ plan申请。
