bullying in schul,
gengster,
teenager pregnancies/sex education
smoking/drug

如果说social issue的话，
可能是earthhours，handphone in schul, environment之类的吧~~
health看来是没有吧（去年年尾的题目）

bullying issue在去年中就出过了，正巧，我就是拿到这一题的，哈哈哈！！

最好不要出经济的问题，
如为何油涨价之类的。
