愤世

石膏板平板：12' x 12' = RM 750 = 5.2/sf. 这样的价钱 OK吗？
Concrete table: dismantle & re-build for 19ft long.= 2470 是平常的价钱还是算贵了？
还有以上哪一些价钱你觉得算贵了的？ 希望大家能够帮忙！

为什么要拆怎么多的东西。不如买间新家来装修。

我可以给你一点点的信息的:

flat board - RM2.50 to RM2.80 per sqft (还没加油漆的)，当然也要看你的数量。越多就越便宜的。
tiles 的工钱 - RM4.50 to RM7.50 per sqft (华人的要很贵的，差不多RM6-RM7.50)。

个人觉得你quotation的tiles, plaster ceiling, dismantle都很贵。其他的就不清楚了。

因为是二手屋，东西旧了就想换。
拆的只是厕所和橱柜而已。
不想以后住得不开心嘛
这个contractor说他做惯bungalow 的， 所以可能不惯quote小钱。

拉什么电？？几个point要Rm1300???

我想他是把downlight拉的电一起算进去了吧。。。 但是也不懂这样的价钱是否还贵？

1。    铺地砖（每平方尺）：５　（除旧铺新一样）
２。　Skirting（每尺）：３
３。　石屎台：除旧重新弄过１８尺的：１８２０　（不包转）
４。　油漆：　人工：２５００
５。　磨云石：４００
６。　Polish油木地板：７３０
７。　Aluminium window: ２２/sf
８。　铁花：１１／sf

RM5 per sqft 是包括了什么？瓷砖，人工，石灰，沙？

2x2的和1x1的有差别吗？

人工，石灰， 沙而已。这个估价里面不包漆和砖的
