Subject	:	RESORTS WORLD BHD ("RWB" OR THE "COMPANY") RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE
Contents	:	1. INTRODUCTION The Board of Directors of RWB wishes to announce that RWB and/orits subsidiaries ("RWB Group" or the "Group") had entered or will enterinto recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or tradingnature, which are necessary for its day-to-day operations with certainrelated parties of RWB ("Recurrent Transactions"). 2. DETAILS OF THE RECURRENT TRANSACTIONS RWB is principally involved in a tourist resort business atGenting Highlands and its activities cover leisure and hospitalityservices, which comprise gaming, hotel, entertainment and amusementwhilst the principal activities of its subsidiaries include propertydevelopment and management, leisure and hospitality services,investments, time share ownership scheme, tours and travel relatedservices. RWB Group in the ordinary course of business enter into recurrentrelated party transactions of a revenue or trading nature, which arenecessary for its day-to-day operations with certain related parties ofRWB. Such Recurrent Transactions have been carried out or will becarried out on an arm's length basis and on commercial terms which arenot more favourable to the related parties than those generallyavailable to the public and which will not be detrimental to theminority shareholders of the Company. The Recurrent Transactions aredisclosed in Table 1. 3. FINANCIAL EFFECTS OF THE RECURRENT TRANSACTIONS The Recurrent Transactions will not have any effect on the issued andpaid-up share capital and major shareholders' shareholdings of RWB, andis not expected to have a material effect on the net assets per shareand earnings per share of the RWB Group. 4. DIRECTORS' AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS' INTERESTS The interests of the Directors of RWB and its subsidiaries in theRecurrent Transactions are set out in Table 1. Save as disclosed inTable 1 and as far as the Directors are aware, none of the otherDirectors and major shareholders of RWB and/or persons connected tothem has any interest, direct or indirect, in the RecurrentTransactions. 5. DIRECTORS' RECOMMENDATION The Directors, after due consideration of all aspects of the RecurrentTransactions, are of the opinion that the Recurrent Transactions are inthe best interests of the Company. 名勝世界末季虧3.8億

（吉隆坡25日訊）名勝世界（RESORTS，4715，主板貿易）08財年納入麗星郵輪（Star Cruises）的投資虧損項目，使該公司末季淨虧3億8784萬3000令吉，惟仍派息4仙。

名勝世界發佈文告說，截至12月31日第4季，營業額按年揚升16%至13億2900萬令吉，淨虧3億8784萬3000令吉，07財年同期淨賺3億4409萬4000令吉。

該公司指出，若扣除麗星郵輪的投資損失，淨利實按年上升14%。

名勝世界的業績成長動力，源自休閒業務表現穩定，及幸運因素良好。

名勝世界全年營業額報48億8670萬3000令吉，上揚12%。淨利從15億5565萬4000令吉，下跌59%至6億3438萬9000令吉。

全年派發7仙股息，較07財年6.48仙稍高。

名勝世界說，全球經濟環境2009年惡化，將打擊消費情緒，料雲頂高原的觀光人次將受影響。

one-off gain on part-disposal of equity investment in Star Cruises Limited (“SCL”) of RM337.1 million
