这两三天每天都有近两百万股交易，不知道有没有诈。以RM1.00 par value和现在的RM0.28股价来看，假设她的2007第四季股息像往年般是4 sens的话，那么现在不到RM1.00可以取得近12 sens的回报。

拿了股息，她会在你还来不及卖出就跌到 28-4 ＝ 24 sens吗？有些拿不准，不过她不发股息却是个风险。.

巧妇难为无米之炊。如果一个行业成长潜能欠佳，有关行业的公司难有作为。

如果有关行业竞争过于激烈，或是面对外来的倾销，公司也很难有良好的表现。

例如大马的制衣业，在中国服装的廉价倾销下，很难赚取可观的利润。

大马的家私业，为国家赚取庞大的外汇，但是，大部分上市家具公司，都被削价战压得喘不过气来。

买股票要选对行业

在通货膨胀下，百物腾贵。但电器售价一直下跌，电器制造公司难以取得可观盈利，是意料中事。

成衣业、家具业、电器业的上市公司股票，即使在牛市中也没有作为，本益比再低也没人要，原因在此。

所以，买股票要选对行业。

成长行业中的成长股，成为上选。

傻人最有傻福

大裕家具（KIMBLE,7151,主板消費品組）董事經理拿督姚博斌脫售7.8%股權後不再是公司大股東，引起他退出公司的臆測。姚博斌自7月初逐漸減低公司持股權。根據大馬交易所文告，在7月31日至8月1日之間，姚博斌在公開市場脫售870萬股股票，使其股權減至持3.1%。
安裕企業崛起為最大股東
同時間，安裕資源（ANNJOO,6556,主板工業產品組）的大股東安裕企業私人有限公司，則以7.2%股權，崛起為公司的最大股東。不過，安裕企業在7月28日，脫售大裕家具10萬股股票，所持股票減至約800萬股。
大裕家具週三（6日）成為馬股交易最活躍股項之一，共有1200萬股易手，閉市起2仙至8仙。週四（8月7日）閉市，此股跌0.5仙至7.5仙，成交量817萬股。
資料顯示，上週約有130萬股大裕家具股票在場外易手，週三則共100萬股股票以6.5仙成交。
逾一週前，大裕家具向交易所報備，指姚博斌在7月21日脫售大裕家具WA（KIMBLE-WA,7151W）後，不再是公司主要的憑單持有者。
姚博斌夫婦7月21日至23日期間，在公開市場脫售906萬張憑單，最大宗的608萬張憑單交易以3.5仙成交。
大裕家具虧損擴大至7430萬
截至2007年12月31日財政年，大裕家具蒙受1200萬令吉凈虧損。在審核後，凈虧損擴大至7430萬令吉，主要是3380萬令吉壞賬和資產減值等原因所致。
2007年財報也顯示，此公司共有逾1億令吉的銀行貸款待償還或重組。

Announcement Details : 1.  Introduction The Board of Directors of Kimble Corporation Berhad (“Kimble” or “Company””) wishes to announce that Kimble and its subsidiaries (“the Group”) have defaulted on its principal and interest servicing obligations amounting to RM149,186,852.00 as at 15 August 2008 in respect of various banking facilities from a number of financial institutions. In compliance with Practice Note No. 1/2001 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the details are stated below. 2. Reason for default in payment The Group is unable to service and repay its debts to the lenders as the Group is experiencing operational difficulties and cash flow deficiency due to its operational losses. 3. Measures by the Company to address the default in interest The Group initiated negotiations with its bankers to restructure the terms of its credit facilities. A financial advisor has been appointed to advise on the restructuring of all the debts owing. Negotiations with the bankers have yet to be concluded as at the date of the announcement. It is expected to conclude the negotiations with the bankers by 4th quarter of 2008. The completion of the restructuring plan is expected to conclude by 1st quarter of 2009 subject to the finalisation of  the negotiations. 4. Financial and legal implications in respect of the default in payments including the extent of the Company’s liability in respect of the obligations incurred under the agreements for the indebtedness The estimated total debt outstanding as at 15 August 2008 in relation to the payments which are in default and are the subject matter of this announcement is RM149,186,852.00. The details are set out in Table A. Kimble is liable for the full amount and any further interest until the full settlement of the debts as Kimble is the guarantor and its subsidiaries are the principal borrower. 5. In the event the default is in respect of secured loan stocks or bonds, the lines of action available to the guarantors or security holders against the Company Not applicable. 6. In the event the default is in respect of payment under a debenture, to specify whether the default will empower the debenture holder to appoint a receiver or receiver and manager Not applicable. 7. Whether the default in payment constitutes an event of default under a different agreement for indebtedness (cross default) and the details thereof, where applicable. Not applicable. 8. 多注意一些報紙和綱上新聞財經，都會有寫的，它是講在市埸三天里交代，但是不知三天後是否會先停止交易而已。

另外要注意，不管公司好不好，只要一但是欠債上市公司，欠債過千萬到過億的話，如果沒資產的話，最好不要去投資，因為大都是這些公司因為沒能力還債，而且又沒生意可做，又其是大股東賣票，這劇都是要小心一下。

本來如此寫，有時會得罪一些人，所以點到為止。
