WHAT DIFFRENCE BETWEEN COOKING CHOCOLATE AND BAKING CHOCOLATE

I BOUGH A COOKING CHOCOLATE TO MAKE THE ALMOND LONDON COOKIES.. BUT I LEAVE ASIDE FOR 1 DAY THE CHOCOLATE STILL CANT BECUM HARD...
HOW HOW HOW????
WHO CAN TELL ME WHICH CHOCOLATE I NEED TO USED..
AND DO I NEED TO ADD BUTTER OR OIL???

據我所知,這兩種應該沒有分別,都是放在baking section 買的chocolate.
