I have face same problem as u. I've done my survey on 22.2.14 at Hotel D'99, Muar, Johor. I've called to their office on 24.2.14 to make room reservation. The malay lady rrquested me to email the voucher to them.
After that, I get their replied totally same as yours. They said fully book up to August. (because my voucher valid until August)
I feel so angry also. Is there has any method to report this to newspaper office or consumer organization? |
