急！我在macbook 上安装Windows10时不小心删除了hand disk上的全部东西,该怎么办??

Hand disk 是我姐的，她不知道，该怎么办？？要怎样救回之前的东西？？

本来的TOSHLBA变了WININSTALL

可以试recover回，但不是全部。
